The SIlver Jewellery of Lapland has a History spanning hundreds of years. Abundant Jewellery, silver spoons and sipping bowls were indicative of a family´s wealth.
Jewellery was fastened to the scarf of a woman´s costume and the collar and broad belt of a man´s costume.
The RISKU brooch decorated with tiny gold plated discs and worn with the colourful Lappish costume is the most widely used piece of traditional jewellery.
